Extended hours appointments available
We now offer appointments out with our normal surgery hours. These are available some week days (before 8am) and on the first Saturday of each month with GPs and Nurse Practitioner. Please ask reception for further details.
As of 1st January 2013 we are also able to offer telephone consultations, where appropriate, with a Doctor or Nurse. This is for the convenience of patients. However, the choice is yours and you can still make an ordinary appointment whenever you wish.
We would ask you to cooperate with reception staff if requesting a telephone consultation as they may require to ask some important information to determine if a telephone consultation is appropriate.
Please do not hesitate to ask at reception for further information.
All mail being sent from the practice will now have the return address on the franking label. This is to ensure the safe return of any undelivered mail.
Please note: the practice name will NOT be included as part of the address to avoid any breach of patient confidentiality.
If you require further information or have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact Lorraine Cooper, Practice Manager.
